Super cute and sugar crazy

First we start with the hair

high ponytail your hair leaving your bangs down

split your bangs in half and hot iron them

take a bobby pin and pin your bangs

Vanellope has candy in her hair so I make some sweets

for the mints 

take a ball of clay and press it to form a disk

put a booby pin in it

and bake how long it says on your clay

next take red paint after it cools down 

next is the candy 

take a piece of clay and roll it in a line then roll it to form a circle 

and paint whatever color you want

next take a piece of tole and tye 

next is the makeup her is really simple 

just do doll makeup foundation(I explam it in my doll post) and simple eye liner and mascara 

and a natural lip

draw in lashes just on the outer corner of the eye(more detail in eye enlarging make up)

and your done
