How to become a frozen ice princess

You will need 

blue liquid eyeliner 

white eye shadow 

light blue eye shadow 

mascara 

and lip gloss

first 

use the liquid eyeliner and draw a line that doesn't go longer the the brow

then make a point and underline your eye

then make little lines coming from your eyeliner this will make your eyes look more frozen

take your blue and brush under and above your eye

 then take your white and make a line from your eye to your noise

fill it in with blue on the top and white near the bottom 

blind to look like it faded 

go over your eyeliner when dry with the white and blue eye shadow 

next take the mascara and a fluffy brush with blue eye shadow on it

do your lower and upper lash lines before it drys brush on the eye shadow

make your eyeslashes look frozes

for the lips I used a light pink

take and cheep brush 

use the brush to put blue eye shadow on the out sides of your lip leaving a circle to put white eye shadow in the middle

I pulled half my hair back in a pony tail and put a headband on that look like a show flake

you can even take my tiara idea and use that as a headpiece 

use the white glitter and gray paint.
